Our district wants families to know about district-approved community programs and resources offered by organizations like yours! Peachjar charges a fee for this service, which is typically much less than the cost to copy and deliver paper flyers. There are many additional benefits to using Peachjar—clickable buttons that take parents directly to your website, flyer performance reports, and not to mention the time saved driving school to school!
To submit your flyer for district approval, follow the steps below. Paper flyers from outside organizations will no longer be distributed through Peachjar.
- Register your account as a Community Organization on Peachjar.com
- Review Peachjar’s Guide for Community Organizations for information about discount pricing, flyer creation tips, and more
- Go to "Post & Notify" in your account to submit a flyer
After you hit submit, your flyer will be automatically submitted to the district for approval. Once approved, your flyer will be emailed to parents and posted on each school’s web flyerboard for your selected duration of time.
Please be aware of the district’s Guidelines for Online Flyer Distribution (see below). Most importantly, an organization requesting flyer distribution must do so in accordance with Board Policy KFD and other applicable policies. The district and schools reserve the right to deny any request.

Guidelines for distribution
- In order to be approved, a distribution date of the 5th or 20th must be selected to align with the district's monthly email distribution dates for families.
- The deadline for submission is 4:00pm MT on the business day before the next distribution (5th or the 20th). Example: The deadline a Sunday the 20th distribution would be on Friday the 18th at 4:00pm MT.
- The organization requesting the use of the flyer distribution system must be the lead organization hosting, managing, and collecting any fees for the event, activity, or program being promoted.
- The organization will visit Peachjar to register as an "Enrichment or Community Organization."
a. The activity or event must be an appropriate educational or enrichment activity geared to students in Preschool to 12th grade.
b. The organization will upload the flyer they request to be considered for distribution.
c. The organization will select the school(s) they would like the flyer to be distributed to.
d. Flyers will remain active for 30 days after the distribution date.
e. The organization will choose “1” distribution. If another distribution is requested, the flyer must be uploaded a second time.
f. The Distribution Target Date must be prior to the next distribution date.
- When a flyer is uploaded as described above, they are automatically submitted to the district for review. The district will determine if the request conforms to district policies, including, but not limited to district policy KFD. The District typically reviews flyer posting requests within 7-14 working days, excluding holidays and breaks. Please submit your flyers well in advance for optimal promotion opportunities.
- Organizations will be notified via email when the flyer is approved or if there are questions or concerns.
Please note that all flyers from community organizations must include the following disclaimer:
"Jeffco Public Schools neither endorses nor sponsors the organization or activity represented in this material. The District accepts no liability or responsibility for the program/activity. The distribution or display of this material is provided as a community service."
- The district may elect to disallow flyer distributions from organizations or individuals that violate these flyer guidelines.
Jeffco Public Schools does not approve the distribution of materials, projects, activities, or programs that:
- Publicize, promote, or disparage a particular church, synagogue, temple, mosque, or other house of worship, or any religious organization or religious viewpoint; or
- Publicize, promote, or disparage a particular political party, political organization, candidate for office, ballot initiative, or political viewpoint; or
- The district deems not suitable for children or adolescents; or
- Promote or are associated with illegal or mind-altering drugs, alcohol, tobacco, vaping, firearms, or violence;
- Are otherwise contrary to district policies and the public and educational mission of Jeffco Public Schools.
In addition, flyers will not be distributed that:
- Disrupt the educational process;
- Violate the rights or invade the privacy of others;
- Infringe on a trademark or copyright;
- Contain language or images that are defamatory, obscene, vulgar, or indecent;
- Discriminate against, attack, or denigrate any group based on gender, race, age, color, religion, ancestry, sexual orientation, national origin, disability or other unlawful consideration.
As a courtesy to our community and to provide access to all of our students and parents, we request that flyers be submitted in both English and Spanish.
